Work on pressure gauges for the Asperitas lamp. The whole structure has one fulcrum, so the brass rod is chosen thick enough. To solder all the parts, we had to build a small slipway to place all the parts exactly and solder them at one time. In the new lamp, I decided to make an oak stand in the blackest possible color, but leave the relief of oak wood. The difficulty was that it was two different parts of oak in color + one part from a shield and the other from a bar, oil, stain only crossed out the difference in color (It turned out to achieve this color using iron acetate (iron wool soaked in vinegar) this method is well described on the Internet. It turned out to align the color of two different parts + make them dark and after that I used the blackest color of osmo oil. The result exceeded all my expectations) blacker than black.
